The Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP) Albania has become new EMERG Member

On 12 December 2022, during an extraordinary plenary meeting the EMERG voted unanimously in favor of the request received by the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP) to become EMERG Member.

Therefore, EMERG is welcoming the new Member and very pleased to start working together with the Albanian colleagues to face the next challenges of the regional platform which is gathering the countries in the Mediterranean area responsible for the regulation in the electronic communications sector, aiming at the approximation to the European regulatory framework.
